Based in northern metropolitan Adelaide our client is a is a leading engineering and fabricating company providing high quality products to their clients. They are looking for a highly skilled engineer with robotics experience to join their dynamic team.
The role is to plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the design, engineering and testing activities and operations at our Engineering Automation and test facility. This includes developing, adapting, installing, testing, and maintaining for robotic electronic components, circuits and systems in the industrial engineering paint and test shop.
Your responsibilities would include:

• Maintenance (Electrical- Mechanical- Software (PLC-PC monitoring-Networking ) -Quality
• Software design, testing electrical and electronic components, circuits and systems
• Supervise installation and commissioning on control systems
• Contributing to the control of the engineering and technical operations
• Research and development projects
• Implementing and monitoring research and development strategies, policies and plans
• Complete project work in an efficient and timely manner
• Establishing project schedules and budgets
• Oversee maintenance and optimise engineering efficiencies
• Ensure conformity with specifications plans, ensuring all regulations and safety requirements are met
• Technical client liaison in response to our quotations, designs, customisation plus modification
• Technical CAD drawings, assist in the design and technical CAD drawings
• Workshop engineering and testing support
