Based in their Welsh pool Branch and working alongside a range of subject matter experts you will grow your business skill set with hands on experience across administration, record management, finance, operations, and reporting.
Key Accountabilities • Manage, develop, and review service and project contracts • Prepare, review, and negotiate any contract variations. • Respond to contract inquiries and problem resolution • Working with project managers and engineers to manage contracts • Prepare, review, and submit reports to senior managers in relation to contracts • Immediately attend to solution implementation for urgent matters • Ensure efficient workflows are created . • Implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulations • Continuously monitor and optimize processes for efficiency and performance You: • You will be an analytical thinker who is results orientated. • You will have a AQF Diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years similar working experience . • You will be innovative in your approach, and demonstrate the ability to pivot in line with the market. • Be a great relationship builder and can work autonomously.
