Our client is looking for skilled and exeprienced computer network and systems engineers for their IT services. You will be responsible for developing testing and optimising network and system services. Taking responsibility for the overall operation of network systems and configuration management. 

Your tasks will include:

-developing and evaluating complex system designs 

-configuration and integration of computer systems

-analyse and develop data models and diagrams

-evaluate and monitor the network infrastructure 

-work with team memebrs to recommend improvements to network operations and operating systems 

-install, test and maintain computer netwrok and systems 

-recording of systems data and storage, keeping efficient and clear documentation of system information. 

-diagnose and test network faults

-Fault finding and monitoring of newtorks 

You will need:

-Bachelor degree or higher qualification closely related to computer network and systems engineering including at least two years of relevant experience 

-At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. 

-Proficiency in designing, installing, and maintaining hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software

-Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.

-Strong understanding of Implementing firewalls

You will be paid $85,000  - $100,000 + superannuation p.a.
