They are looking for Solid Plasterers to work as part of established site teams. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work in line with project specifications and safety standards.

Duties may include:

• Prepare surfaces for rendering, including cleaning, patching and applying bonding agents as required

• Mix and apply coats of plaster, render and cement using recognised techniques for uniform coverage

• Cut, shape and position plasterboard sheets, securing them to walls, ceilings and supporting frames

• Install beads, trims and mouldings to strengthen corners and add decorative detail

• Prepare joints, gaps and fixings with plaster compounds, smoothing surfaces to a professional finish

• Apply decorative finishes including texture coats and solid plaster to the highest standard

• Calculate and order material quantities accurately to minimise waste and maximise efficiency

• Maintain a safe work environment at all times, adhering to WHS policies and site requirements

• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and compliant
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
• Use of hand and power tools in a construction environment
• General site duties and coordination with other trades
• Maintaining a safe and compliant work area

Skills & Experience

• Relevant trade qualification or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential construction environments
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and in a team

Salary Range:  $79,500-$85,000 pa + super
