Our client is one of the largest truck dealerships has been serving Shepparton and the surrounding area for over 20 years. They are looking for a highly skilled Service Manager to help to provide specialist diesel mechanical, servicing, and repair for its customers.
Your key responsibilities would include and is not limited to the following
Managing, motivating and developing customer service across the organisation with a focus on staff in sales and after-sales services.
Planning and implementing after sales services and follow up of customer satisfaction level of services provided. Making improvements as necessary.
Liaising with the parts section and service agents to ensure high standards of service delivery to customers.
Reviewing and developing policies and procedures around customer relations.
Follow up on customer satisfaction levels. Provide training to service staff and technicians.
Overseeing customer repair orders and costings.
Ensuring customers are contacted by staff in a timely manner.
Administer the efficient day-to-day operations in the Service Advisor departments
