Our client is a carpentry, Joinery and cabinetmaking company specialises in modern interior designing and located in Grafton, NSW.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a qualified carpenters and cabinetmakers to join their team. It is essential to have technical aptitude and right skills and training to work in Australian standards.

You will have:

-  Trade qualified with experience in carpentry and/ or cabinetmaking work or related skills

-  Ability to read drawings and specifications to select materials required

-  Select materials required, marking out, cutting and shaping wood

-  Working from drawings and specifications to make furniture, cupboards

-  Construction and installation of Install structures and fixtures of wood.

- Cuts, shapes and fits timber parts to form structures and fittings

- Assembling parts to form sections of furniture and completed articles

- Fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers and shelves

- Making various types of shelving, cupboards etc 

Required Skills

-Positive attitude and work independently

- Familiar with wood cutting machines or hand-power tools

- Good communication skills
