An outstanding opportunity awaits you! Our client, located in Edinburgh SA is looking for a full-time Welder First Class. Our Client is a well established engineering and fabricating company who provides high quality products and servicing to their clients. Currently they are looking for full time skilled and experienced welders to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

• Study blueprints, drawing and determine specific job requirements
• Select and prepare metal stock 
• Mark out metal sections and shape using hand tools
• Cut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines
• Use a variety of welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal products 
• Examine welds for precision 
• Finish welds by applying cleaning products, smoothing, filling and chiseling. 

Key Requirements:

You must have a ACQ Certificate III including at least two years of on job experience. 

Or at least three years of relevant on job experience may substitute the formal qualification. 

Clear understand of production drawing

Ability to work under pressure

Good organizational skills with a “can do” attitude

Able to work efficiently on your own or within a team environment

Salary of between $75k - $85k plus superannuation
