Our client a major whitegoods wholesaler is looking for an energetic marketing specialist to help, build, develop and grow the business. The key requirements will include the ability • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives • Manage the company's market presence, including marketing campaigns specifically on target groups such as designers, architects, builders and decorators. • Execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive customers to our showrooms. • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels to cater to the local domestic markets. • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve • Plan and coordinate promotional events, representing the company to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition. • Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives. • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management for continuous optimization. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a robust educational background. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration. • Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a focus on delivering impactful results. • Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box marketing strategies. • Strong organisational and project management abilities. • Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
