Service Manager
Shepparton, VIC

Our client is one of the largest truck dealerships has been serving Shepparton and the surrounding area for over 20 years. They are looking for a highly skilled Service Manager to help to provide specialist diesel mechanical, servicing, and repair for its customers.

 

Your key responsibilities would include and is not limited to the following

  • Managing, motivating and developing customer service across the organisation with a focus on staff in sales and after-sales services.
  • Planning and implementing after sales services and follow up of customer satisfaction level of services provided. Making improvements as necessary.
  • Liaising with the parts section and service agents to ensure high standards of service delivery to customers.
  • Reviewing and developing policies and procedures around customer relations.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction levels. Provide training to service staff and technicians.
  • Overseeing customer repair orders and costings.
  • Ensuring customers are contacted by staff in a timely manner.
  • Administer the efficient day-to-day operations in the Service Advisor departments
