The ICT Support and Test Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support for automation, robotics, and digital systems. This includes installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for hardware, software, networks, and integrated digital platforms. The role is customer-facing and requires strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. The ICT Support and Test Engineer works closely with engineering teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the stable operation of the company's deployed technologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support ,Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, Testing & Resolving technical problems 2. Installation, Configuration & Maintenance 3. Systems Integration & Testing 4. Customer Support, Training & Communication 5. Documentation & Reporting 6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Key Qualifications & Experience • 3+ years of experience in ICT support, system administration, networking, or field engineering roles. • Strong technical skills in: o Hardware & software troubleshooting o Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi) o Windows, Linux or embedded systems o IoT devices, automation systems, or robotics (highly desirable) • Ability to diagnose issues logically and resolve problems independently. • Experience supporting customers in a field service or remote support capacity. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or similar. • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL) are advantageous Salary Range $77,000 - $85,000 pa Only successful applicants will be contacted. |
