Contract Administrator
Welshpool, WA

Our client is one of the largest independent compressed air and power generation provider operating across a range of industries. They have a committed team culture and invest in their employees to encourage them to progress and succeed.


The role:
They are currently offering an opportunity to an enthusiastic and invested individual who is looking to grow their career as a Contracts Administrator.

 

This is an a some opportunity to join a growing organisation and provide Contracts
Administration to the organisation.


You will have a natural interest and aptitude to act on your own initiative, problem solve, be ready to learn, and have a professional approach to work .


Based in their Welsh pool Branch and working alongside a range of subject matter experts you will grow your business skill set with hands on experience across administration, record management, finance, operations, and reporting.

 

Key Accountabilities

• Manage, develop, and review service and project contracts
• Prepare, review, and negotiate any contract variations.
• Respond to contract inquiries and problem resolution
• Working with project managers and engineers to manage contracts

• Prepare, review, and submit reports to senior managers in relation to contracts
• Immediately attend to solution implementation for urgent matters
• Ensure efficient workflows are created .
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulations
• Continuously monitor and optimize processes for efficiency and performance

 

You:

• You will be an analytical thinker who is results orientated.
• You will have a AQF Diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years similar working experience .
• You will be innovative in your approach, and demonstrate the ability to pivot in line with the market.
• Be a great relationship builder and can work autonomously.

Position Type-Full time
Salary - Between $85,000 to $95,000 p.a + Superannuation depending on your experience.
