Our client is a leading producer in Australias hay export industry, producing hay for both local and international markets. They are looking for skilled and experienced Engineering Managers to organise, plan, oversee and coordinate the organisations technical nad engineering operations. 

Your Tasks will include:

• Decide, carry out and organise engineering plans, policies and strategies. 
• Provide guidance on engineering techniques to make sure construction and production requirements are adhered too. As well as interpet plans, drawings and specifications. 
• Determine and coordinate project schedules with budgets
• ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, laws, rules, and safety requirements
• ensure engineering standards are met 
• oversee the maintenance requirements and implement strategies to optimise efficiency 
• Communicate engineering aspects of new construction and product design with managers of marketing, research, and manufacturing

You will need:

• Skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience. 
• At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
• Project management skills setting realistic timelines, defining project scopes, managing budgets, and monitoring deliverables.
• Communication skills by translating complext technical concepts to other colleagues 
• Technical oversight 

You will be paid between $130,000-$150,000 p.a. + supernnuation
