We are currently recruiting for experienced Mixed Production Farm Workers who are highly motivated and enthusiastic. The role will see you enjoy a wide variety of tasks.

Extensive on the job training will be provided to enable you to perform these integral roles.

Your role will include

• patrolling, inspecting and reporting on the condition of crops 
• operating farm machines to cultivate, plant, fertilise, spray and harvest crops
• maintaining and cleaning farming infrastructure and equipment such as sheds, pens, fences, plant and water and irrigation systems
• loading and unloading fertilisers and loading produce into transporters
• operating water supply and irrigation systems
• Adhere to company OH&S protocols and procedures.

Key attributes

• Previous experience in these fields will be highly regarded
• Good communication skills which will enable you to liaise with managers, supervisors and other crew members.
• Strong attention to details and show pride in your work.
• Be flexible with working hours over 7 days/nights.
• Hard working and highly reliable.

This is a full-time position with salary range $65,835-$75,000 pa + superannuation determined by experience.
