Our client is a leading producer in Australias hay export industry, producing hay for both local and international markets. They are looking for skilled and experienced Production Managers to plan, organise and coordinate production activities in their business. 

Your Tasks will include:

decide, carrying out, and keeping an eye on production plans, policies, and strategies
planning specifics of production activities, including labor requirements, cost, time available, and output quality and quantity
managing the production plant's operations and quality standards by scheduling maintenance, setting operating hours, and providing tools and parts
keeping an eye on production costs and output and modifying resources and procedures to reduce expenses
coordinate with other matters relating to production matters
Oversee the installation of new plants and equiipment
introduce and deveop men ways of production methods and implement new initiatives
oversee and implement occupation health nad safety requirements
monitor staff performances 
 

You will need to have:

Skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification with at least 2 years of relevant employment experience.
At least five years of relevant exeprience may subsitute for the formal qualifications.
Leadership 
Project Management skills 
Ability to work as a team  
Safety standard knowledge within the industry 
You will be paid between $130,000-$150,000 p.a. + superannuation
