Our client is a Victorian agricultural enterprise focused on large-scale crop production, using sustainable farming and land management. They are currently on the lookout for experienced Irrigation Specialists to join their successful team in South Australia.

The Role
Reporting to the Farm Manager you will be responsible for the installation, movement, service and repair of centre pivot and other irrigation.  You will be responsible for control of the irrigation equipment and measure soil moisture to ensure optimum levels as directed by the Farm Manager and Farm Agronomist.

To be successful you will possess the following:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience with irrigation systems (centre pivot irrigation preferred)
Installs and sets up irrigation systems 
Maintains, services and repairs irrigation systems
Experience with soil moisture monitoring and testing
Monitor and adjust irrigation schedules based on site conditions to maximize efficiency and longevity. 
Experience with implementing irrigation programs

You will be paid between $80,000 to $90,000 p.a. + superannuation
