Our client is looking for skilled and experienced Retail Manger and Retail Supervisor for their business. As a retail manager you will be responsible for the organisation and control of the operations within the retail trading. Retail Supervisors will supervise and coordinate the activities of the retail sales workers. 

As a retail manager your tasks will include:

-Determing product and stock levels needed

-Implement marketing strategies and policies 

-Promote and advertise business goods

-Sell good and services to customers 

-Keep record of stock levels and financial transactions 

-Ensure occupational health and safety regulations are met

You must have:

-AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications

-At least one year of relevant experience 

-Team Leadership: Inspire employees, lead by example, and build an engaged, productive team.

-Communication: Listen actively, give clear instructions, and talk easily with customers and staff.

-Customer Service: Train staff, show empathy, and solve difficult complaints fast.

You will be paid $79,000 – $89,000 p.a. + superannuation

As a supervisor:

-Respond to customer inquiries regarding products 

-Organise work schedules with staff scheduels and assign them to specific duties. 

-Work with staff to hire, interview and promote 

-Take into account inventory stock and stock levels

-Ensure occupational health and safety regulations are met

You must have:

-AQF Certificate II or III or At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.

-At least one year of relevant experience 

-Communication: Speak and write clearly to give team instructions, deliver feedback, and handle difficult customer complaints.

-Leadership & Motivation: Coach, mentor, and guide staff to meet individual and group sales goals while building a positive culture.

-Problem-Solving: Make quick, calm choices to resolve team conflicts or address sudden store issues.

You will be paid $70,000 – $80,000 p.a. + superannuation
